As the newest approved POS terminals, NCR’s RealPOS™ 70XRT touch workstations have been confirmed for use and implementation by Wendy’s restaurants franchisees.

 This high-speed, high-performance technology terminal boasts the ability to reduce energy costs for the restaurants by up to 50% compared to older systems. In the agreement, other featured products being offered are “[a] kitchen display system as well as NCR receipt printers, customer displays, cash drawers and other peripherals.” As a global technology solutions company, NCR provides services and support to numerous industries worldwide including hospitality, travel, retail, and gaming. The folks at NCR state that this affiliation will allow franchisees to improve service while decreasing their POS hardware long-term expenses.
